Good Candidates for Outpatient IV Antibiotic Program:
• Patient must have physical ability to complete therapy
• Patient, friend or family member must have proper hand-eye coordination required to administer medications
• Patient must be able to attend clinic appointments (lab draw and/or provider visit)
• Patient must live in a home with a telephone, running water and a refrigerator to store medications
